1941 Bantam 65 Riviera Convertible

This 1941 Bantam 65 Riviera Convertible is the recipient of a complete frame-off concours restoration with an estimated $100,000 invested. This Bantam was designed by Alex Tremulis and is one of less than 7,000 produced throughout the model production run. Finished in black with red interior featuring hand polish teakwood dashboard the odometer now reads just 191 miles. It is equipped with the 820cc L head inline 4 cylinder engine with single barrel carguretor and 3 speed manual transmission. Additional equipment and options include 4 wheel mechanical drum brakes, live rear axle with quarter-elliptic leaf springs, rear fender skirts with integrated chrome spears, solid front axle with transverse leaf spring, restored white-face gauges and a highly detailed undercarriage. This Bantam was shown at the 2009 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance and at the 2012 Glenmoor Gathering.
