1963 Ford Thunderbird
Run Day - Friday May 30, 2025
This wonderful 1963 Ford Thunderbird has been wonderfully preserved. The original owners, Clifford and Rose Marie Morrison traded in their 1955 Chrysler New Yorker to purchase this T-bird on 11/12/62 from Russell-Winters Ford in Columbia, PA. It is equipped with power steering, power brakes, tilt-away steering wheel, outside mirror, rear-seat speaker, tinted glass, fender skirts and knock-off wheel covers. It retains all of its factory-applied paint (except for the passenger side rear quarter panel which has been repainted). The interior is exceptionally original as well, featuring original seating materials, carpeting, headliner, brightwork, etc. The car has recently received a substantial mechanical refresh: new exhaust, new brakes, new wheel cylinders, carburetor rebuild, transmission service, front-end alignment, heavy-duty front sway bar installed and other minor service and maintenance. The vehicle drives exceptionally well and is ready to be enjoyed by its new owner. The original dealer invoice, title application and thank you letter from Lee Iacocca are all included in the sale, along with the original owner's manual and the original set of keys (with a special dealership Thunderbird keychain “appreciation gift”).
