Have a look at this fantastic 1950 Mercury custom sedan. This automobile was lovingly restored to a custom, show-standard by a professional father-son team roughly 30 years ago. Since then, it has resided for 24 years in a prominent East Coast collection, and has been lovingly cared for, maintained, and enjoyed by its current owner. The exterior is finished in a 1986 Cadillac color called “Quartz Mist”. Under the hood is a 307ci Chevrolet V8 engine mated to an original Mercury 3-speed/column-shift manual transmission with switchable Overdrive. Also, the vehicle retains the original Mercury 3.90:1 rear end, and is fitted with air conditioning, rear air shocks, and Cadillac upholstery. The custom restomod work is superb, and this “Lead Sled” is a true showstopper from every angle! The new owner will be absolutely thrilled with this car.
