1954 Chevrolet 5-Window Pickup

This 1954 Chevrolet ½ ton 5 window pickup truck has been completely restored by the consignor over a 4 year period. The complete body-off restoration included everything sanded or sandblasted back to bare metal. The cab has new floors, kick panels and cab corners. The doors were converted to one piece glass. Four new fenders, running boards, and all bed parts. New bumpers and grill. The original engine was rebuilt (bored .040”), with later model #828 head. New carb and water pump. Rebuilt 12-volt alternator, starter, distributor and oil pump. Converted to PCV system. Drive train: 4 speed manual trans, open driveshaft, and a 1971 Chevy rear end with 3.73 gears. Wheels are from early 80's Chevy pickup. Interior: leather 6-way BMW seats with package shelf behind seats, new carpet, walnut armrest and headliner (sun visors also). Interior painted to match seats. Deluxe heater with 2 speed blower and defroster. New glass. All rubber items are new. Custom made wiring harness with all new dash gauges, switches, relays, fuses, lights, etc. Maple bed floor with 6 coats semi-gloss poly sanded between coats with stainless strips. 16-gallon fuel tank was relocated underneath bed. Brakes completely rebuilt with new wheel and master cylinders, and all new lines. Front wheel bearings converted to rollers from ball. New exhaust system. Everything on this beautiful truck works, starts and runs well. Purchase will include all manuals, receipts, original wheels, and some spare parts.
