1996 Special Construction Thunder Ranch Riot

This 1996 Thunder Ranch Riot is one of 15 built for the TV series Baywatch that was driven by David Hasselhofff. After the series ended David Hasselhoff used them for road rallies. The car is built using a Volkswagen chassis and is equipped with an engine built by Strictly Foreign Performance Engine Works of Grants Pass, Oregon. Powertrain is a 1776 cc dual carburetor set up with 4 speed transmission. Additional features on this unique car include upgraded performance parts throughout, performance dual exhaust, front projectile headlights, front disc brakes, rear deck factory roll bar, Grant custom leather steering wheel, Ford rear contour tail lights, working VDO gauges, custom bucket seats and carpet, polished 15” Ultra alloy wheels and 4 new BF Goodrich Radial TA tires (front: 225/50R/15 back: 295/50R/15).
