1991 GMC Syclone

One of the rarest, coolest, and most powerful square-body pickups of the '90s, the 1991 GMC Syclone. This fantastic example was delivered new to Holland Olds-Cadillac-GMC in Harrisburg, IL., and has only 15,378 actual miles. It is in beautiful condition, the black paint is still factory original, as is the red-pipped black interior. The cabin is so pristine, even the lumbar air bladders are in perfect condition. Only 2,998 of these trucks were ever produced, and very few remain in this low-mileage condition. This little truck was revolutionary when it came to market in '91, and basically spawned the factory street race truck segment in the marketplace. This Syclone features the original Mitsubishi TD06-17C turbocharger and Garrett intercooler. It also features full-time, all-wheel drive via the BorgWarner transfer case. From the factory, these trucks registered 0-60mph times below 5 seconds (4.6 to be exact), and this particular truck was recently dyno'd at 252 max horsepower and 459 lb-ft of torque. This GMC truck is nicely equipped too, featuring 4-wheel anti-lock brakes, power steering, turbine-style aluminum wheels, heating and air conditioning, cruise control, AM/FM stereo cassette deck, custom interior trim, console shifter, special performance package, aero package, manual bucket seats, dual side mirrors, deep tinted windows, power windows, power door locks, fog lamps, front stabilizer bar, rear air suspension, tilt steering wheel, limited-slip differential, engine oil cooler, and more. Specific to the Syclone was the tonneau cover, special turbo instrument gauge cluster, functional dual exhaust, high-capacity transmission cooling package, console with cup holder and storage, and leather-wrapped steering wheel. The original tires, original PAS window sticker, owner's manual and booklets, and dynamometer paperwork are included with the sale.
